The overal quaternary structure of TESK1 has not yet been determined through crystallography or NMR techniques. However, by utilising various software it has been possible to predict the structure of TESK1. Predictions of the secondary/tertiary structure along with the possible domains were done using the following online servers: Phyre2, Psipred, Swiss-model and 3D Ligand Site. Further analysis was done using Kyte-doolittle to produce a hydropathy plot.
